Job responsibilities:


1. Responsible for the technical support of robot welding application projects, including but not limited to technical exchanges with customers, program formulation, process development and verification;

2. Responsible for the robot welding process development of new materials, new scenarios and new processes, the preparation of welding process development plans, process development plans and the implementation and supervision of robot welding operation instructions and process plans;

3. Responsible for in-depth project site technical supervision, guidance and management to ensure work quality;

4. Participate in the development and support of intelligent welding robots and intelligent welding solutions;

Job Requirements:


1. Bachelor degree or above, major in welding engineering or material science and engineering, more than 3 years working experience in welding process, project management experience in ship, storage tank, pipeline welding production project is preferred;

2. Proficient in the welding process of carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, titanium alloy and other materials, able to evaluate welding mechanical properties and weldability analysis, welding joint metallography and chemical composition analysis, welding benefit analysis;

3. Familiar with GMAW, FCAW, GTAW and other welding methods, have in-depth knowledge and understanding of fusion welding process, materials, and power supply;

4. Proficient in WORD and other office software, proficient in EXCEL and PPT, capable of preparing relevant welding process plans, process cards and other documents and analyzing problems; Have strong writing ability;

5. Strong sense of responsibility, careful and responsible work, can adapt to travel;
